تلتزم منصّة DocSera بتوفير بيئة آمنة ومحترمة لجميع المستخدمين، سواء المرضى أو مقدّمي الرعاية الصحية أو الشركاء التجاريين. في حال واجهت أي محتوى أو سلوك مخالف للقانون أو لأخلاقيات المهنة الطبية أو لشروط الاستخدام، نرجو منك الإبلاغ عنه.
مهم: يتم التعامل مع جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة. نراجع كل بلاغ يدوياً قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء، ولن نُفصح عن هويتك للطرف المُبلَّغ عنه.
أنواع المحتوى التي يمكن الإبلاغ عنها
محتوى إباحي أو يتضمّن عرياً أو إيحاءات جنسية غير لائقة.
رسائل مسيئة، تحرّش، تهديد، أو خطاب كراهية.
إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو نشر معلومات طبية مُضلِّلة أو خطيرة.
انتهاك الخصوصية أو مشاركة بيانات شخصية دون إذن.
انتحال شخصية أو نشاط احتيالي.
محاولات هندسة اجتماعية أو احتيال على المستخدمين.
أي محتوى غير قانوني أو مخالف للأنظمة المعمول بها في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
كيفية الإبلاغ
أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً يتضمّن وصفاً مختصراً للمشكلة إلى:
اسم المستخدم أو الطبيب أو الشريك المُبلَّغ عنه (إن أمكن).
لقطات شاشة أو نصوص توضيحية.
طبيعة المحتوى المخالف (نوع المخالفة).
ماذا يحدث بعد الإبلاغ؟
سنُؤكّد استلام بلاغك خلال 48 ساعة عمل.
سيراجع فريقنا المختصّ البلاغ ويتخذ الإجراء المناسب (تنبيه، إيقاف مؤقت، إنهاء الحساب، أو إحالة للسلطات المختصة عند الاقتضاء).
قد نتواصل معك للحصول على معلومات إضافية إذا لزم الأمر.
نظراً لخصوصية الإجراءات المتعلقة بالحسابات، قد لا نتمكّن من إخبارك بالتفاصيل النهائية لما تمّ اتخاذه ضد الطرف المُبلَّغ عنه.
حالات الطوارئ
إذا واجهت تهديداً عاجلاً يُهدّد سلامتك أو سلامة شخص آخر، اتصل بالشرطة (112) أو الإسعاف (110) فوراً قبل الإبلاغ عبر التطبيق.

DocSera is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users — patients, healthcare providers, and business partners alike. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates the law, medical ethics, or our Terms of Use, please report it.
Important: All reports are handled in strict confidence. Every report is reviewed manually before any action is taken, and we will not disclose your identity to the reported party.
What you can report
Pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
Abusive messages, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
App misuse or dissemination of misleading or dangerous medical information.
Privacy violations or unauthorized sharing of personal data.
Impersonation or fraudulent activity.
Social engineering or scam attempts targeting users.
Any illegal content or violation of laws in the Syrian Arab Republic.
How to report
Send an email with a brief description of the issue to:
The username, doctor, or partner being reported (if known).
Screenshots or relevant text.
The nature of the violation.
What happens after you report?
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours.
Our specialized team will review the report and take appropriate action (warning, temporary suspension, account termination, or referral to competent authorities if applicable).
We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Due to the confidentiality of account-related actions, we may not be able to share the final details of any actions taken against the reported party.
Emergencies
If you face an immediate threat to your safety or someone else's, call police (112) or ambulance (110) before reporting through the app.
